ULTRACLEN 40 A<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a mixture of degreasing products and low alkalinity surfactants, specially formulated for degreasing parts by immersion. It does not attack treated metals including aluminium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 CLEARMET-EL <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is an electrolytic degreasing, designed to degrease: zinc, brass, copper and steels, it can work anodic or cathodic according to the characteristics of the material to be processed, without attacking the surface of the metal in areas of high current density, it is so versatile that it allows to handle a single electrolytic degreasing for different types of material.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Neutralised<\/em><\/strong><\/summary>\n

ACTIVADOR M-29<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a technically formulated mixture of acid activating salts and water soluble surfactants. This product can be used as a substitute for most acids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ACTIVADOR M-63 CU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A water-soluble, acid salt used in surface preparation and activation of copper and copper alloys. It is ideal for activating alkaline copper deposits prior to nickel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ACTIVATE M-08<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A water-soluble acid salt used for surface preparation and activation of copper. It is ideal for activating acid copper deposits prior to nickel plating, ensuring good adhesion on deposits following acid copper plating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ACTIVADOR M-56<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a water-soluble acid salt, used as a replacement for most acids. It is designed to activate metals such as steel, brass, zinc and their alloys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COVER LEAD 207<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a product specially formulated to achieve compliance with NFS\/ANSI 61 on brass fittings with a lead content of less than 2.5% in the alloy. This product is a mixture of organic acids and water soluble fluorinated compounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 ACTIVATE \u2013 SN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a mixture of acid salts specially formulated to provide excellent activation on tin based parts; with subsequent polishing and buffing step by vibratory or disc polishing.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Desplaques<\/em><\/strong><\/summary>\n

SPLENDOR ZN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a process specially developed to remove the nickel deposit, applied on thick acid copper or alkaline copper, allowing the recovery of the parts injected in zamack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STRIPPER 21<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a concentrated liquid mixture, specially formulated for the removal of copper and nickel on ABS substrates, without deterioration of the substrate, even if there is prolonged contact. Demetalised parts can be processed immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NEUTRANIT-21<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a concentrated liquid mixture, which has been specially formulated to avoid the dark staining that occurs after STRIPPER - 21, when the plastic parts to be deplated in STRIPPER -21 have been previously worked with nitric acid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STRIPPER EL -60<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a product formulated to demetallise copper, nickel and stainless steel by electrolytic means, although chromium can be removed by scouring. For a more efficient process, it is advisable to previously dechrome the parts with hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DESNIQUEL FE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was specially developed to remove nickel deposits on iron and its alloys. As a condition for its good performance, the chromium film, if present, must be removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NEWSTRIP \u2013 715<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a cataphoretic lacquer coating remover formulated based on solvents and organic compounds which, without dissolving the lacquer, removes it from the surface of the parts.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
