For most electrochemical applications, the hooks are made of copper, bronze, and stainless steel. Depending on the application, they are coated with plastisol in order to protect the hook structure and to direct the current to the points of interest (contacts with the piece) and to achieve good metallization.
The spacing of the parts in the hook is a criticar factor for the quality and productivity in the electrolytic process by determining factors such as an incorrect position of the parts linked to the morphology of the part itself with other influencing factors, such as the electrical voltage or the current density applied. The parts to be coated on one side can face each other on their opposite sides, however, if the parts are required to be coated on all their sides, it is necessary to consider moving them away from each other.

Hook Racks Manufacture
Our manufacturing process for Hook Racks is fundamentally based on your needs and requirements. We then refer to technical-functional elements, and utilize CAD design tools to develop the best solutions for your processes. This allows us to save time when creating the racks, reducing our response time.
once the modeling phase is completed, we then proceed to create a prototype of the Racks. This is a crucial phase as it opens up the space to exchange ideas with our customers and provide feedback of the proposed design.
